The location was on point, close to shops and restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. We had a blast fishing and snorkeling, and even tried canoeing - total adrenaline rush! Maria and Miguel were awesome hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to go back for more wild adventures!

The only thing we would've loved to have at the hotel was a happening party scene. It would've been sick to have some fun nighttime activities and meet other young people like us.

It was great in general: lovely room, unbeatable location close to centre. Overall experience was very relaxing!

It is located in a fantastic location just next door to supermarket, beach and Alvor town centre, superb restaurants and centre of town/marina. No complaints whatsoever, we would stay here again, enjoyed it very much.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and all the amenities of the town. The staff, especially Maria, were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location was just right - it's in a calm area, not too far from grocery stores and some fantastic restaurants. Plus, it was also close to the town center. The pool looked really inviting and Maria really took care of all of us. 🏊

The hotel facilities were superb, with generous sized pools and a safe and quiet gated environment. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beautiful beach. This was our third visit to Vila da Praia, but our first time staying in Maria's apartment. It was immaculate and exceptionally comfortable, with all the extras you could possibly need for a holiday. The view over the pool was lovely, and Maria was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The apartment was the best we've ever stayed in, and we can't recommend it highly enough.

Our family of four had a perfect stay in this apartment. The aircon kept us cool, the kitchen was fully equipped with even a Nespresso machine, and the windows were well soundproofed. The location was fabulous, with a short walk to the supermarket, beach, and town center. The pool was lovely and relaxing, with always enough sun beds available.

I had a fantastic stay at Sea And Pool At Vila Da Praia in Alvor. The apartment was superb and the complex was lovely with a beautiful pool area. I felt very secure in the gated property at all times. The location was excellent, close to all amenities and only a short stroll to the beach. The apartment had everything I needed and truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel.

The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The main bedroom was particularly impressive, with a large and comfortable bed, and the air conditioning kept us cool throughout the night. The apartment was well-equipped, and we appreciated the nice view over the pool and the partial sea view. The shower was excellent, and the air conditioning in the lounge dining area was a bonus. The complex itself was lovely, with secure gated access, and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere by the pool. The location was perfect, with both the beach and the center of Alvor within easy reach. We would definitely return to this apartment for our next vacation.

The apartment was perfect for engaging in exciting activities like hiking, windsurfing, and diving. Free WiFi and sea views were a delightful bonus. Beachfront property with private parking made me feel like a VIP. And yes, swimming in the outdoor pool was heavenly.

Oh, it was just horrible to have so many options for fishing, snorkelling, and canoeing in the surroundings. The agony of having so many fun-filled activities to choose from.
